We firmly believe that the best training in early childhood education is delivered when you are actively working in an Early Learning Centre while gaining your qualifications and being a part of the family.

Educate Learn Care Training Australia is our affiliated RTO business operating in Adelaide metro area in collaboration with our partner centres. We are looking to establish long term trainers in the Yorke Peninsula to assist not only those just starting their career in early childhood education, but also to support a continuous professional development.

Staff Development

As an example with around 80 staff across our 3 metropolitan sites in 2023 the business is funding around 20 of them currently to up-skill in Cert III, Diploma and Cert IV level qualifications. As a new member of the team in the Yorke Peninsula you can expect to have the costs of Cert III or Diploma early childhood qualification fully funded by the business. Staff early childhood training will be delivered through our affiliate RTO, ELC Training Australia in a mix of workplace based training backed by online learning. Staff without access to resources to support online training will be provided site based resources in either Maitland or Minlaton.    

Staff Reward

  • Any qualified Teachers can expect to be paid in line with DECD teacher level salaries.
